Major petrochemical products include Emergency Shutdown Devices (ESD), Fire and Gas Systems (FGS) and Integrated Turbine and Compressor Controls (ITCC).

Emergency Shutdown Devices (ESD)

• Safekeeping systems which will not interfere with production systems
• Override all other production control systems and monitor any unusual changes in critical indicators
• Used where protection of assets and human safety are of particular concern
• Prevent accidents and minimize losses
• Adopted in the petrochemical, oil and gas, as well as chemical industries

 
Fire and Gas Systems (FGS)

• Integrated systems offering both fire alarm and gas detection
• Connect with other safety systems and fire protection facilities to provide a comprehensive fire and gas protection solution
• Use a dedicated uninterrupted power source with reserve power supply to guarantee reliable operation
• Used in the oil and gas and petrochemical industries

 
Integrated Turbine & Compressor Controls (ITCC)

• An integrated process control system
• Used to control multiple core or critical parts of the production process
• Provides logic control and regulates various functions
• Functions include:

• Used in turbines and compressor machinery
• Used in the oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical, iron and steel, as well as electricity generation industries

Sales and Maintenance Service

The Group has developed and distributed over 1,000 sets of safety and critical control system in the petrochemical industry, and is the only enterprise in China offering total solutions for large petrochemical plants. We offer total solutions for Emergency Shutdown Device (ESD), Fire and Gas Systems (FGS) and Integrated Turbine and Compressor Control(ITCC).

The Group sets up nine offices for sales and engineering services in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Wuhan, Xi'an, Shenyang, Urumqi and Nanjing. With its extensive presence in the PRC, the Group continues to expand its service network.

To tap into the international market, the Group has set up an international engineering department to adopt international standards in its projects, as well as to handle international project design, software development, system integration and on-site installation and testing as well as project management.

On the maintenance service front, the Group offers a range of maintenance services to its customers including the provision of field maintenance, system upgrade or redevelopment, system hardware diagnostic services, 24-hour emergency diagnostic services, spare parts and training services in respect of its systems.

Services are provided on an "on-call" basis. The Group is obliged to dispatch qualified personnel to customers' site upon customers' notification of on-site service request within a short period of time. The Group has also set up a long-distance diagnostic services center for its users in China at its Beijing Engineering Center to provide real-time, long-distance system diagnostic service via public telephone network or Internet connecting to users' terminal systems throughout China. The Group has already completed approxiamtely 1,000 sets of systems covering various regions in the PRC. Through long-distance diagnostic service center, our expertise and experiences in professional service can be transferred to users simultaneously so as to solve problems arising from the production process.

Our engineering department strictly adopts ISO 9000 quality standards system in the implementation and supervision of production process. Its quality products can satisfy all requirements for highly reliable systems in the workflow of petrochemical and chemical industries.

The department has more than 100 experienced engineers who are capable of completing large international projects for ESD/FGS/ITCC independently. The software development projects and their production capacity reach 200 sets. Not only do they have practical experiences in ESD, FGS and ITCC, but also have extensive experience in the execution of international projects and international cooperation.

The Group also sets up a training center to provide training for more than 800 users per annum and accommodate as much as 100 sets of customers' configuration projects.

Research and Development Center

The Group has a dedicated team of R&D staff for the research of the latest solutions and applications for the Group's customers. At present, our engineering department and R&D department have a total of 155 engineers, technicians and supporting staff. They all have extensive industry experience and expertise in petroleum and petrochemical industries. As a market leader, the Group is the only enterprise in China offering total solutions for large petrochemical plants.

• Triple modular redundant (TMR) servo controller
• Electronic over-speed trip protection system
• TS1000 ITCC system

Petrochemical Industry Updates

• To develop the coal chemical industry & exploit coal-based liquid fuel
• To propel construction of coal liquidation demonstration project in an orderly manner
• Large scale comprehensive facilities for coal chemical industry are included as one of the 16 important equipments
• Annual national petrochemical equipment input is approximately RMB30 billion
• From 2006 to 2020, total investment in the coal chemical industry in China is expected to be over RMB1,000 billion of which 50% are equipment expenditures and 10% are technology expenditures
